Nasir Jamshed ( born 6 December 1989) is a cricketer who represents Pakistan cricket team in One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. He is an aggressive left-handed opening batsman.

Nasir made his first-class debut at the age of just 15 and was soon selected to the Pakistan Under-19 cricket team for a series against Sri Lanka, making 204 in the second innings on his debut.At Twenty20 level, he made his debut for the Lahore Lions in April 2005, at the age of 15 year and 140 days, making him the youngest ever player to play in Twenty20 matches (ESPNcricinfo incorrectly lists two other players, Shah Mureed and Rana Kalangutkar, as having debuted at younger ages).

In the 2005–06 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy series he scored over 800 runs and earned selection in the Patron's XI side to play Zimbabwe. He made 182 runs and within a week was playing ODI cricket for Pakistan.
In his debut against Zimbabwe, he opened the batting and jmashed 61 off just 48 deliveries which saw him win the Man of the Match award. In his second ODI, he hit 74 off 64 balls, becoming only third Pakistani to make consecutive half centuries in first and second matches.

In the 2008 Asia Cup, Jamshed scored two consecutive half centuries, 53 runs against India before he was retired hurt and 52 not out against Bangladesh, at the National Stadium, Karachi.From these performances, he has really strengthened his position as an opener in the Pakistani ODI squad. During the Asia Cup 2008 Jamshed's fitness was questioned by the commentators and he visibly seemed over weight. This lack of fitness also lead him to miss the following Twenty20 tournament in Canada, and a 3 match ODI series against the West Indies. His exclusion from the national team continued in January 2009 when he was passed over for Khurram Manzoor during the Sri Lanka ODI series .
He made his first one day international century against India on 18 March 2012 in Bangladesh at Shere Bangla National Stadium Mirpur at the 2012 Asia Cup. He scored 112 off just 104 balls and was involved in a 224 run partnership with Mohammad Hafeez, which is the second best opening partnership for Pakistan against any team and first best partnership against India in one day internationals. They eclipsed Aamer Sohail and Saeed Anwar's record of 144 runs which was made in 1996.

Ahmed Shehzad ( born 23 November 1991) is a Pakistani cricketer. He is a right-handed opening batsman and also a part-time legbreak bowler. He plays domestic cricket for Habib Bank Limited. He made his One Day International debut for Pakistan on 24 April 2009 against Australia and also debut T20I on 7 May 2009 against same team.

In limited-overs domestic cricket Ahmed Shehzad plays for GRW CRICKET and in June 2011 during the Faysal Bank T20 Super Eights Shehzad top scored with 220 runs off 147 balls posting a mammoth total of 218[citation needed] against the opposition GRW CRICKET who in turn were bowled out for 173. Shehzad took two catches and a wicket as well; he was rewarded Man-of-the-Match for his superb performance.

Against Australia, in his debut match, he scored one boundary before he was ran-out. The following match he scored 40 in an innings that included 4 fours. The third match he scored 43 but this time just scored 2 fours and in the final match of the series he scored 19 with 1 boundary to his name before he was given out leg-before.
After spending most of the sidelines on the fringes of national selection Shehzad played in the three-match Twenty20 series against New Zealand scoring 14 runs of just 7 balls in an innings that included 2 fours and 1 six. Shehzad showcased his ability to time the ball and to score runs at a quick pace therefore in the following match he started to feel comfortable on New Zealand wickets scoring a watchful 15 of 14 balls in an innings that included 1 four, this time he showcased his ability to remain calm in a situation while the middle order was collapsing around him. After batting at number 3 for these two matches Shehzad replaced Shahid Afridi as opener and scored his maiden Twenty20 half-century scoring 54 of just 34 balls in an innings that included 10 fours.After performing well in the three Twenty20's the Pakistan selectors selected Shehzad for the six-match ODI series against New Zealand with a potential place as a World Cup opener also available. After scoring 115 an ODI against New Zealand during the series, Shehzad was given a place in the Pakistan world cup squad.
In his 15 T20Is Shehzad struck six sixes en route to the highest score by a Pakistani batsman 98* in the Twenty20 format, but missed an opportunity to reach three figures when he could only manage a single from the final ball of the innings.
Ahmed Shehzad was shortlisted for the Pakistan A match against South Africa in the UAE in October 2013. He scored a fifty in the game and was selected for one of the 3 remaining slots in the Test squad alongside Shan Masood and Asad Shafiq. He was, however, not selected in the playing XI in either of the 2 Tests against South Africa. Shehzad again selected for the three Tests against Sri Lanka, also in the UAE, starting on 31 December 2013, and stretching to January 2014. Mohammad Hafeez ( born 17 October 1980 in Sargodha, Punjab) is a Pakistani cricket player. He is currently the captain of Pakistan national cricket team in the T20 format. He is a right-handed opening batsman and a right-arm offspin bowler. Hafeez usually opens the batting and forms part of the bowling attack. In 2012-2013, he has been ranked as the top all-rounder by the ICC Player Rankings in T20 format. He is known for his intelligent batting but also for aggressive shot plays when needed. He was involved in record opening partenrship of 224 runs with Nasir Jamshed. As a player, Hafeez gives the team plenty of options: he usually bats aggressively at the top of the order, but his organised technique also means he can switch to defensive mode if required. He doesn't flight his offbreaks much, but his excellent control over line and length allows the captain to use him at almost any stage of an innings. To be short and precise, he adds a combo mix to the Pakistani side. He is also one of the better fielders in the Pakistan team, especially in the point region.

He was the fourth international player signed to the Caribbean Premier League and the first Pakistani player to be named to the new Twenty20 tournament. He is widely regarded as The Professor. Mohammad Hafeez was one of several young all-rounders whom the Pakistani cricket team turned to in order to revitalize their side after their poor display in 2003 World Cup where Pakistan was out from first round. His form with both bat and ball was inconsistent and in late 2003 he was dropped from the Test squad and subsequently from the ODI side. Following strong domestic performances, as well as display of good form for the Pakistan A side, he remained on the fringes of a recall in 2004.
Hafeez returned to the ODI side in 2005 and despite poor form with the bat, his bowling performances were impressive. In the 2006 series held in Australia, Hafeez smashed his first century for Pakistan. With Pakistan struggling to find a solid opening pair for the Test side, he was recalled for the tour of England. His return to Test cricket was made at The Oval where he scored a fluent 95. Subsequently, Hafeez retained his place in the Test squad for Pakistan's home series against the West Indies in November of that year. After getting out early despite good starts in the first two Tests, he went on to score his second Test century in the third Test in Karachi. However his form remained inconsistent and he was unable to command a regular place in either the Test or ODI side over the next 5 years.
Against India on 18 March 2012 in Bangladesh at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur at the 2012 Asia Cup, he scored 105 off 113 balls and was involved in a 224 run partnership with Nasir Jamshed, which is the best opening partnership for Pakistan against India in one day internationals. Kamran Akmal Biography.

Kamran Akmal (born 13 January 1982) is a Pakistani cricketer who has played Tests, ODIs and T20Is for Pakistan as a wicket-keeper.He is a right-handed batsman. Akmal started his international career in November 2002 with a Test match which Pakistan won at Harare Sports Club. He has made 2648 runs in 53 Test matches with the help of six centuries, while in 137 ODIs, he has scored 2924 runs with the help of five centuries. In T20Is, he has scored 704 runs. As a wicket-keeper, he has dismissed 206, 169 and 52 batsmen in Tests, ODIs and T20Is respectively.

Akmal is a quick-scoring batsman and a wicket-keeper, who has achieved 6 centuries in Test innings. However, his first century was vital – his 109 from the number eight position at Mohali, coming in with Pakistan in a lead of 39 against India in the first Test, ensured that the visitors could draw the match. His form against the touring English in 2005 made him one of the most important players in the team. Naturally, he is a batsman that plays lower down the order but has sometimes opened in both Test and One-day cricket. As an opener he has scored two back to back centuries in ODIs against England. Coming in lower down the order in Test matches, he played one memorable innings. He saved Pakistan from a score of 39/6, scoring a century, to a competitive 245 which helped Pakistan win the match and the series.

His batting was highly productive in early 2006 as he scored seven international hundreds within the space of 6 months. Since his tour of England in Summer 2006 however his batting form dwindled and steadily become worse. His wicket-keeping also worsened and dropped many catches on both the England tour and on a tour to South Africa in early 2007. He then scored an international hundred in the Bangladeshi tour of Pakistan in 2008. He later moved to have some injuries and did not play for some days but later he was again brought into the team.
Akmal was dropped for the Asia Cup 2008 as a result of his poor wicket-keeping. He was replaced by Sarfraz Ahmed who performed very well at the domestic level and also because of Sarfraz's strong showing in the U-19 World Cup. Akmal was named in the 30 man probable squad for the 2008 ICC Champions Trophy.
Akmal was part of the Pakistan team that won the T20 World Cup in 2009. He was notable for his quick stumpings, dismissing 4 batsmen in one match against Netherlands.
Kamran Akmal has been constantly criticized for his lack of consistent wicket-keeping. After another horrendous series behind the stumps against Sri Lanka in January 2009 journalists and former players called for his removal from the national team.His wicket-keeping steadily improved, with a very strong showing in the 2009 T20 World Cup, including a world-record performance of four stumpings in a single match against the Netherlands. However during the second test against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground he dropped four catches, including three chances from Michael Hussey in one session on Day 4. Hussey went on to score a match winning century with the Pakistan team losing in a shock result after dominating the first three days of play. He was subsequently dropped for the third test, being replaced by Sarfraz Ahmed. After this tour Akmal saw a steady improvement in his wicket-keeping for the 2010 ICC World Twenty20, 2010 Asia Cup and against Australia in July 2010 however the next test series against England saw Akmal drop three easy catches and miss a stumping. The match as a consolation saw Akmal take a superb catch of Kevin Pietersen before dropping a catch on the very next ball against Paul Collingwood . .

Related to the former Pakistan captain turned politician Imran Khan, Misbah ul Haq was initially noticed for his technique and his temperament in the Tri-nation tournament in Nairobi, Kenya in 2002, as he scored two fifties in the three innings in which he played, however, over the next three Tests he played against Australia, he failed to score more than twenty runs and was soon dumped from the team. Having witnessed Pakistan being eliminated in the opening phase of the 2003 Cricket World Cup, Misbah was part of the changes made to the team in the aftermath of these results, but failed to make much of an impact and was soon dropped again.

At the age of 33, Misbah was chosen to play in the inaugural ICC World Twenty20 in 2007, filling the middle order spot vacated by Inzamam-ul-Haq. He had been regularly making runs in Pakistani domestic cricket and in the years before his recall he was consistently one of the top run scorers at each season's end, with his first-class average briefly climbing above 50.
Misbah was one of the stars of the tournament, playing a large part in many thrilling run chases. The first was in the group stage against India where he scored a half century in a tied match. He was run out attempting the winning run off the last ball of the match. In their Super 8s encounter with Australia he was named Man of the Match with an unbeaten 66 off 42 deliveries to see his side home with 5 balls to spare. Another unbeaten innings in the semi final against New Zealand saw Pakistan book a spot in the final against India.
He played an instrumental role in Pakistan's recovery in the inaugural 2007 ICC World Twenty20 final against arch-rivals India, with three sixes. He hit the second legitimate ball of the last over for six. With 6 runs needed to win off 4 remaining balls, Misbah tried to scoop the ball over short fine leg, but was caught out by Sreesanth.
Misbah scored his first Test hundred against India at Kolkata in the 2nd Test of the 2007 series. After India managed 616 in their first innings, Pakistan were at 5 for 150 in reply and in danger of following on when Misbah and Kamran Akmal put together a match saving 207 run stand. Misbah finished on 161 not out. In the 3rd & final Test of the series, Misbah made another fluent century this time finishing on 133 not out.
2008 began with some high points for Misbah as he was elevated to the post of Vice – Captain of the Pakistan team and was awarded a Grade A Contract. Since returning to International Cricket for Pakistan, Misbah has gone through a sustained patch of prolific run scoring. In his last 5 Test Match innings for Pakistan, he has notched up 458 runs at a very high batting average of 152.67 against India. In his last 5 ODIs as well, Misbah has made 190 Runs at an average of 63.33 & in Domestic Cricket for Punjab, he has amassed an astounding 586 runs at an average of 195.33 with 2 centuries and his highest first-class score of 208*.
